Web Design & Development

All web design work is guaranteed to meet client approval as specified by the scope of the work and terms of the development contract or details as listed on the project invoice. No refunds will be issued after a client pays the final balance due on a web design or development agreement as the final payment is made with the understanding that it represent the client’s final approval and acceptance of a satisfactorily completed transaction. Deposits for new projects will not be refunded after 30 days.

Web Hosting

All web hosting accounts are paid in advance and may be for a term of 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Web Hosting clients have 90 days from the day a new account is opened to cancel their account and receive a complete refund. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by sending an email to host@todcanhost.com within 90 days from opening the web hosting account. After the 90 day period the web hosting account will remain open until the end of the paid term, and no refund will be granted.

SEO – Search Engine Optimization

SEO services are pre-paid and will not be refunded for the term for which payment has been made. Request to cancel SEO service can be made in writing or by sending an email to service@todcan.com. Requests for cancellation must be made before a new term cycle begins. Term cycles may be 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year in duration and are defined as a minimum term of commitment made by the client to hire and pay for SEO services performed by Twining Original Design and /or its employees and/or subcontractors. Term cycles are defined per client per either contract or by details listed on the client invoice. Not rendering payment for the entire term cycle will constitute a breach of contract but will not constitute cancellation of the agreement. Any balance remaining unpaid from a term cycle will remain due and payable, and interest, collection and court costs may be added to the balance if needed.

SEO Satisfaction Guarantee –

Twining Original Design (TOD) does guarantee that our clients will be happy with our SEO results. TOD will guarantee that if they implement our SEO recommendations, search traffic will rise, and we do guarantee that our work won’t put them at risk of penalties from the search engines. This guarantee assumes that the term of service has completed, and that all SEO services have been delivered by Twining Original Design to the client and that the client has either been penalized by Google, Bing, or Yahoo search engines such as to cause a loss in ranking, or that a gain in ranking was not realized after the term of service was completed in relation to the targeted ranking immediately before the term of service occurred. A gain in ranking is determined to be valid for any one search engine consisting of Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Gain in ranking need not be present in all search engines. Any claim that search engine traffic did not rise (no gain) or that a penalty was imposed by a search engine was suffered by the client must be documented in writing and submitted to Twining Original Design within 30 days of the end of the term of service, but not before the end of the term of service.

Proof – If such proof of “no gain” or a search engine penalty is deemed to be delivered in a timely manner and determined to be valid by Twining Original Design as described above, a refund will be issued to the client within 30 days for the amount of the current term of the SEO agreement. No other cases exist that are eligible for a refund for SEO services.
